Not sure where to start? Here are my basic healthy choices I focus on when I'm feeling off track:
- Healthy shake in the car to stave off the desire for unhealthy munchies or hungry binging when I get where I'm going
- More and more and more water -- this is what drops off first for me when I'm not on track!
- More fresh veggies because they're easy and help me feel better
- Get up and walk around (outside if possible)
- Nothing fried and salad or grilled lean meat if we go out to eat!
