One of the most common healthy eating staples is chicken. And more chicken. And then some more chicken. Which can get boring -- so today we want to share some easy tips that'll have you saying "WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!!"
- Mix up some honey, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce or liquid aminos to taste as a yummy sweet and sour sauce -- use with moderation!
- Stir together qual parts Dijon mustard, honey, and whole grain mustard. Smother your chicken breasts and bake!
- Marinate in lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, and cilantro then bake or grill to perfection!
- Mix chopped grilled chicken with pico de gallo and wrap in a leaf of lettuce for an easy light meal.
- Cut chicken into strips and toss in a bowl with slices of bell pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, and your favorite fajita seasonings. Bake and enjoy with chunks of avocado!
