Creamy Chicken Salad

 

You'll need...

- 1 rotisserie chicken

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt / Greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp or so of yellow mustard

- a dash of tarragon

- ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup diced green apple

- 1/4 halved grapes

- 1 tsp rice vinegar

- 2 romaine lettuce leaves

All you need to do is...

- Cut the chicken into cubes

- Mix all of the ingredients (aside from the lettuce leaves) together

- Spoon the salad mix into the lettuce 

- Enjoy!
