- Food prep on Sundays to be sure that your meals and snacks are in line with your goals.
- Set out workout clothes for the whole week.
- Set an alarm on your phone for eating and your workout times.
- Tell a friend you're starting fresh and ask them to join you.
- Plan a mini reward for the end of the week for WHEN you meet your workout goal.
